We love our new Harstad home. It’s the perfect design and floor plan. We spent two years looking at town homes and never found one that matched it. The floor plan has everything we need and is very spacious. Our kids and even the movers were amazed at how large our home was inside. Everything fits!

The people in St Michael are friendly. It’s a small town atmosphere, very different from our old neighborhood. We feel safe and secure here and it’s quiet. The lot is large and well landscaped. We can’t find anything wrong with our home and we’ve looked!

Every member of the Harstad’s Better Living Homes team was friendly and helpful. We even had a chance to work with the builder, Forrest Harstad, and he was great.

When I started looking at new homes I knew exactly what I wanted, but had a difficult time finding it until I toured Harstad’s Better Living Homes. The floor plan of the Aspen has everything I’d been looking for – all the living space on the main floor plus a basement. The sunroom, the office and the deck are our most "lived in" areas.

As an inexperienced home buyer, the staff at Better Living Homes made the entire process a pleasant experience. From selecting the lot, the interior options through the closing process, there was always someone to answer my questions. My new neighbors in Bailey Commons are a great group of people that have made me feel quite welcome in a very short time.
